There's life and death in the tongue it's power is incomparable.
How often have you killed your own dreams by speaking negativity towards them?
How have you let doubt fear and indecision keep you stagnant?
Why are you so afraid to speak your truth?
Whats blocking you from speaking up about the things that matter to you?
Cough it up!
Get it out!
Scream!
Shout!
Speak up!
Be heard!
Your voice matters what you have to say the world needs to HEAR
Do you hear me!
Speak up for the unspoken!
We need to hear what you have to say
There's healing in your voice
Your voice is a gift that should be freely given not withheld
SO SING!
Sing the song of your ancestors
Let them use you
Unbind Your tongue it has been anointed by the gods
Know that your voice is an alter that calls to it divine truths and ancient incantations.....

When you feel like silencing yourself remember if you do, you allow the door of opportunities to remain shut.

Owner of all things pure, please illuminate my pathways of sound. Mold my voice so that it's wholeness encompasses all that has an opportunity to hear it.
May I always remember you shaped and crafted it and if I wasn't supposed to use it you wouldn't have given it to me. Obatalla, may the songs I sing be as wise as you are.
When I sing let me sing the songs of gods, pulling from the most ancient vaults of wisdom.
With every encounter bless me with the opportunity to bring peace, love, light, & healing to every listener.

IVE SPOKEN truths I've been afraid to tell.
I SPEAK life into all that I meet. There's manifestation in my speech.
I'VE SPOKEN tales of the unspoken. My voice matters! What I have to say matters!
I SPEAK prayers for those who are faithless. I use my voice to heal! I use my voice to enlighten! I use my voice.
NOW I Sing the songs of ancient stories that have been untold. I Sing for my souls liberation.
I Sing in forgotten tongues meant to shift paradigms.
I Sing because song is in my blood. My ancestors are counting on me. My voice is a vehicle for higher consciousness and so I let the divine ride my notes.
I Sing because I'm happy, I Sing because I'm free. I Sing because It's my Purpose. I Sing because it's my calling. I Sing for my ancestors. I Sing for gods. I Sing to create heaven on earth. I Sing with the angels. I Sing with & for the Orishas.

WRITING PROMPT:
Opening up the Throat Chakra is about speaking your truth. Release your denial and the lies you tell yourself and others. Give up old stories and beliefs that are hurtful and destructive and has kept you from using your voice.
What is your inner truth?
What has held you back from speaking it?
Write a list of all of the things others have told you and things you've told yourself that stopped you from being your authentic self. Once your list is completed create a statement of commitment and sign it. Remember your word is your bond.
in.COMPLETION:
The realization that growth has been attained and that there's still more work to do. Nothing is ever complete everything is forever unfolding. The path to enlightenment is a journey there is no destination.
