Sojourner Gladys Nyoth has had a calling to go to Brazil for over 3 yrs now. Its interesting how the universe works. When we met in April 2013 we were coming together for a Tribe gathering with an organization called The Love Mob. It was supposed to be a gathering of about 10 people but it got canceled last minute and Gladys, Ary(our friend who's house we were meeting at), and I were the only ones who showed up. Coincidence? Far from it, it was fate. We ended up talking all night, I mean literally all night our conversation greeted the sun. We shared our visions with each other, our challenges, our hopes, dreams, and desires. I forgot to mention that someone else was there! "The Alchemist". Yes Gladys had Paulo Coelho's book with her. And thats when she first shared her deep connection with Brazil and the importance of her going. During that time we encouraged her to follow her intuition and do whatever it takes to get there. Of course it was easier said than done. Life threw her blessings and curve balls that pushed her trip further and further back. You see its not only the negative things that challenge our commitment to doing what our heart desires sometimes its our desires themselves that prolong our process in achieving our ultimate goals. As years went by Gladys got closer and closer to her personal calling but further and further away from her calling to go to Brazil. Or so we thought, she was always reminded of Brazil by the universe. She would constantly meet people who were from there, go somewhere and see a flag or sign that said brazil, and of course she was constantly met by Paulo Coelho's book "The Alchemist". Who would thought that "The Alchemist" and Brazil would bind us together the way that it did. Although we've had individual trips to Brazil our soul is connected through our vision and of course "Living The Alchemist". The love produced by our friendship gave birth to an amazing movement and this is only the beginning.
