Living The Alchemist: When's the last time you ate together at the table as a community and family just BEcause, and it wasn't a holiday or birthday? We sit together in appreciation of the life force that fueled our food. We honor and acknowledge the sacrifice that took place so that we may be fed. We eat our food as conscious beings understanding and appreciating all the energy that went in to preparing the meal. We eat as an act of worship because we honor the energy that provided it.
